Catalysts for lasting,
measurable impact

We strive every single day to deploy capital, human resources, and know-how in a way that promotes a cleaner environment and a better, healthier society

Metrika is keen to build a tangible, enduring legacy of positive change

Better Environment

Metrika plays a pivotal role in driving environmental sustainability by investing in industrial transformation projects that prioritize energy efficiency, waste reduction, and cleaner production methods. Through active ownership and strategic guidance, Metrika supports portfolio companies in adopting advanced technologies and sustainable practices, fostering a circular economy approach across industrial operations. This commitment not only reduces the environmental footprint of traditional manufacturing processes but also contributes to the broader transition toward a low-carbon, resource-efficient industrial ecosystem.

Better Society

On the social front, Metrika promotes long-term value creation by strengthening the operational resilience and competitiveness of SMEs, safeguarding employment, and encouraging local economic development. The fund places a strong emphasis on responsible governance, health and safety, and workforce development, ensuring that industrial growth aligns with the principles of social inclusion and ethical business conduct. By revitalizing industrial assets and fostering innovation, Metrika contributes to the sustainable regeneration of communities and industries at the heart of the real economy.

Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (“SFDR Regulation”)

Metrika SGR S.p.A. (hereinafter the “SGR”) is aware that, through the adoption and implementation of efficient processes aimed at preventing and identifying so-called ESG risks (Environmental, Social, and Governance), it is possible to promote innovation and support economic development, thereby making a significant contribution to the country’s sustainable development. Drawing inspiration also from the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development issued by the United Nations General Assembly, the systemic integration of ESG criteria represents a solid starting point for the SGR to structure an investment policy oriented toward sustainability. On this basis, the SGR intends to incorporate, in the design and management of alternative investment funds, also non-financial considerations aimed at generating added social and environmental value, through the integration of sustainability and social responsibility criteria in the assessment and selection of investment opportunities.
