Graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from Leiden University (Netherlands). He is a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and serves on the International Taxation Committee. He is the Managing Partner of Studio Pedrazzini & Associati, where he focuses primarily on corporate reorganization transactions, accounting and tax advisory services, and international taxation matters.

Francesco gained valuable experience as an M&A Intern at leading investment banks Clearwater and Arkios, where he was actively involved in financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of pitch materials for high-profile transactions. During his internships, he developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, while gaining exposure to complex cross-border deals and client engagement processes. These experiences allowed him to build a solid foundation in corporate finance and investment banking practices.

Matteo has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, having worked at leading institutions such as PWC, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Banco BPM within the Financial Sponsors division. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and advisory services, supporting clients in complex transactions and strategic initiatives. His background includes working closely with private equity firms, institutional investors, and corporate clients, providing tailored financial solutions and driving value creation. Matteo graduated from Bocconi University, where he built a solid academic foundation in economics and finance, which has supported his successful career in the industry.

Graduated in Business Economics from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Andrea is a member of the Padua Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and is registered in the Statutory Auditors’ Register. He is also listed among CUOA (A level) faculty members and is a member of KPMG International.

He has built his professional expertise in the tax field, initially focusing on the financial sector and later specializing in advisory and consulting for M&A transactions. He has led numerous tax due diligence processes for both domestic and international acquisition projects, on both the buy-side and vendor side, and has been responsible for verification activities and the issuance of comfort letters required for the IPOs of major industrial groups.

Through strong relationships with entrepreneurial families, he has gained valuable experience in succession planning and in activities leading up to the search for financial or equity partners. He serves as Chairman and statutory auditor on the boards of several companies and, since 2006, has been coordinating tax and legal activities for KPMG in the North-East Area.

Since 1995, he has been a Partner at Gusmitta & Associati, providing tax assistance to both Italian and foreign multinationals. He has extensive experience in setting up new businesses in Italy, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, transfer pricing, and tax litigation across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, energy, industrial and consumer goods, luxury goods, and financial advisory services.

He is a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and is registered in the Statutory Auditors’ Register. He has contributed articles in his fields of expertise to specialized journals. He has held, and continues to hold, positions on boards of statutory auditors in numerous companies.

Federica graduated in Law from the University of Milan and has been a professional in the market for over twenty years, gaining extensive experience in senior legal roles, from consulting to major international organizations.

She is currently part of The Adecco Group as Country Head of Legal, leading the Group’s entire legal department.

In the past, she worked for FC Internazionale as Head of Legal, for Yahoo! Italy as General Counsel, and for The Walt Disney Company Italy.

Nicola has over 15 years of experience in the mid-market private equity and M&A and, before joining Metrika he worked since 2010 in Quadrivio Capital SGR, up to the position of responsible PE Area. Previously Partner to Mercurio Capital, New York based private equity firm, and Chief Financial Officer of private and listed SMEs, controlled by private equity funds.

Over the years has followed numerous investment transactions both in Italy and abroad (add-on), on leading companies operating in industrial sectors for which the excellence of Italian SMEs is recognized. Nicola holds a degree in Economics and Finance from University of Parma.

Marco has 15 years of experience in the mid-market private equity and M&A and, before founding Metrika, leads the EOS Private Equity investment team since the beginning.

He joined Mandarin Capital Partners in 2009 from 21 Investimenti, where he worked for more than 3 years acting as Associate, investing mainly in the oil & gas, packaging and security services industries. Before this, he gained experience in consultancy as an Analyst in KPMG, working on Consumer and Industrial markets.

In Mandarin Capital partners he was involved in opportunities in medical, healthcare, biotech, mechanical industries with responsibilities in deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio management and fundraising. Marco holds a cum laude degree in Engineering from University of Udine

Claudio ha più di 20 anni di attività alle spalle nel settore finanziario, con focus su M&A e attività di investimento. Dopo un’esperienza nel Corporate Finance di Ernst & Young presso gli uffici di Milano, è entrato a far parte di Lunelli Holding S.p.A., dove dal 2014 ricopre il ruolo di Financial and Investment Director.
Nel corso della sua carriera Claudio ha seguito diverse operazioni di investimento principalmente in investimenti diretti (private), real estate e fondi di private equity. Claudio è Amministratore Delegato di Elle52 Investimenti S.r.l., società interamente controllata da Lunelli Holding S.p.A, che si occupa di investimenti in fondi di private equity, hedge funds e mutual funds. Nell’ambito del suo ruolo in Lunelli si occupa inoltre di coordinare l’attività di M&A in ambito core business (beverage di alta gamma) e della gestione della struttura finanziaria del Gruppo stesso.

Claudio si è laureato all’Università Bocconi di Milano nel 1999, svolgendo parte del piano di studi presso la McGill University di Montreal (Canada). Ha inoltre prestato servizio di leva come Ufficiale di Complemento della Guardia di Finanza.

È un manager con quasi 20 anni di esperienza nel mondo del Private Equity ed Investment Banking. Laureato in Economia e Commercio, ha maturato esperienze nell’ambito Advisory e Corporate Finance e negli ultimi 10 anni è stato Responsabile degli Investimenti di Fondi di Private Equity settoriali nel campo tecnologico, che hanno realizzato operazioni di successo in importanti società del settore ICT come SIA, Lutech, GPI e Wiit; di queste ultime due ha curato in particolare l’exit tramite IPO.Inoltre, Dario è Co-founder di ABC Capital Partners.

È un imprenditore con 20 anni di esperienza nel mondo dell’ICT. È stato coinvolto sia nello sviluppo e ristrutturazione di aziende di grandi dimensioni sia nello sviluppo di start-up. Con un percorso di studi che va dalla Laurea in Economia e Commercio ad un MBA alla SDA Bocconi, oggi Francesco è amministratore di Adelante, ceduta al gruppo Wiit nel 2018, e Amministratore di Wiit con deleghe per l’M&A e l’internazionalizzazione.Inoltre, Francesco è Co-founder di ABC Capital Partners.

È il fondatore e azionista di maggioranza del Gruppo Wiit quotato al mercato Star di Borsa Italiana (WIIT.MI). Fondato alla fine degli anni ’90, il gruppo è uno dei principali operatori di Private Cloud. Dalla data della quotazione nel 2017, l’azienda ha registrato una delle crescite più importanti degli ultimi anni, sia come capitalizzazione di borsa (+300%) sia come fondamentali economici, grazie ad una crescita organica e ad operazioni di M&A culminate con la recente acquisizione di un player tedesco.Inoltre, Alessandro è Co-founder di ABC Capital Partners.

Nicola Guerrieri entra a far parte di Metrika a maggio 2025 in qualità di Senior Analyst. In precedenza, ha maturato oltre due anni di esperienza nel team di investimento di Astraco Capital Holding, realtà specializzata in operazioni di investimento nel settore industriale. Durante il suo percorso ha svolto attività di analisi e valutazione di opportunità di investimento, due diligence, predisposizione della reportistica e supporto nell’execution delle operazioni.

Nicola ha conseguito la laurea triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale presso l’Università di Bologna e la laurea magistrale in Management Engineering presso il Politecnico di Milano.

Giulia joined Metrika in April 2024 as Administration Specialist.

Prior to that, she worked as an anti-money laundering and compliance specialist at major financial intermediaries, where he gained extensive expertise in the area of first and second-level checks.

Giulia graduated in Law from the University of Milan.

Veronica joined Metrika as an Associate in September 2024. She has over five years of consulting experience, having worked at both PwC and McKinsey & Company. At PwC, Veronica focused on operations consulting, where she supported companies in transforming their supply chains. Later, at McKinsey & Company, she shifted her focus to strategic consulting, assisting organizations in defining their strategic and business plans.

Veronica holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University, where she also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Veronica ha conseguito un Master of Science in International Management presso l’Università Bocconi, dove ha anche ottenuto una laurea in Economia Aziendale e Management.

Gabriele joins Metrika in November 2021 as an Associate. Previously, he spent 5 years in the private equity industry, first in the pan-European fund Argos Wityu and later in Bravo Capital Partners where he was involved in research of potential investments, financial analysis, execution support and reporting.

He started his career in the merchant banking division of Intesa Sanpaolo and in the private equity fund NB Renaissance Partners. Gabriele holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.

Chief Financial Officer since March 2024, Mirco joined Metrika in June 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he worked for about 14 years at Clessidra SGR S.p.A. as Senior Fund Administration specialist in charge of all administrative, accounting and control activities of the Funds managed by the SGR.

He began his career in the Fund Administration division of BNP Paribas Securities Services S.p.A., where he worked for about 3 years, dealing with the management and calculation of fees for open-ended Funds and Pension Funds managed by the Bank.
